The Nibble Theory and the Kernel of Power (Kaleel Jamison)- This quick read is a powerful book about leadership and personal growth. The pocket sized book is about 75 pages and contains simple but insight thoughts on self-empowerment and growth.  The pages are colorful and fitted with cartoon images making this a delightful read. The ideas expressed in this book are based on the author's personal expereinces and what she saw happening to people around her throughtout her life. It is great to read as an individual or as a team.
